Sara C. Vyncke- Principal Attorney

Sara C. Vyncke is a principal attorney at the Legacy Legal Group, PLC. Ms. Vyncke concentrates her practice on bankruptcy, family law, civil litigation, business formation and succession, probate, and estate planning. Ms. Vyncke has extensive experience litigating throughout Michigan and a keen sense for detail and thoroughness. Before founding the Legacy Legal Group, Sara was an associate at a law firm in Traverse City.

David L. Stowe- Attorney Emeritus

David L. Stowe is an emeritus attorney of the Legacy Legal Group, PLC. Mr. Stowe's legal career spans decades, and he has developed a deep knowledge about many areas of law. Before retiring from the practice of law, Mr. Stowe imparted his experience and intimate knowledge of our legal system to Brandon and Sara. He is always a great source to turn to when a client's situation demands a unique solution. Mr. Stowe managed one of Traverse City's oldest and largest law firms for many years before serving as a Probate Court Judge in Traverse City. After stepping down as Probate Judge in 2012, Mr. Stowe returned to private practice as managing partner of the Stowe Legal Group, PLC. Mr. Stowe is an Martindale-Hubbell AV-preeminent rated attorney, a member of the National Association of Elder Law Attorneys, and has received numerous accolades for his legal expertise and public service. Mr Stowe has also successfully mediated hundreds of cases in his career, helping litigants save considerable time and legal fees.

In semi-retirement, Mr. Stowe maintains a practice focusing on mediation and alternative dispute resolution, and guardianship.
